Action Teams are made up of YP volunteers that all share a common desire; to make a difference in the community! The 6 teams are charged with implementing specific goals and strategies as designated by the 3 leadership councils. They are the creative-force behind our strategy, events, services and programs. Under the direction of YPW staff, each team has a chair, vice chair and secretary that serve as the leadership of each group. The recommended team size is 12-15 members except for the YP Ambassador team which is larger due to its role. Most teams meet once a month.
